Both of them are compatible with devices supporting video output. If your device can support video output, you can use XScreen directly. If your device doesn’t support video output, then the wireless version of XScreen is more suitable for you. 

 

Apple device can use the adaptor to convert the plug and port into HDMI so as to use XScreen. If you don’t want to use the adaptor, you can try the Wireless version of XScreen.

Both of them support touch screen function. The touch screen function of XScreen portable screen is available to Type-C data output. If your devices do not support Type-C data output, you can still activate the touch screen function by using the USB A to Type-C Cable.

The main difference between them is the battery. For the built-in battery version, you can use XScreen portable monitor fro about 4 hours after fully charging the battery for 3-4 hours. It will be convenient for you to bring it everywhere. It doesn’t need to charge the battery when you are using this version of XScreen portable screen. Less wire you require to use when you are using XScreen with a built-in battery. Therefore, it will be highly portable because you can carry fewer cables when you go out!

For the without built-in battery version, you can connect your XScreen portable monitor to the power bank and any power supply. If you want to use the XScreen for a longer time (longer than 4 hours), you can try this version. XScreen (without built-in battery) can be supported by the power bank and the power supply. Hence, the operation time depends on the capacity of your power bank and your power supply device. It can be operated in a much longer time when supporting by stable power support.

Blue:

Green:

XScreen (built-in battery version): Power on with No Connection

XScreen (without built-in battery version): does not display Green LED light

No light:

XScreen (built-in battery version): No power

XScreen (without built-in battery version): No power

The LED light represent different status. It may not affect your purchase decision but you can take a look at it for reference.

 

The built-in battery version and the without built-in battery version of XScreen are designed for you for different needs. You can choose either of them for your own purpose. If you want to carry less cable, the built-in battery version will be more suitable for you.
